Subscription Billing changes needed

Long Story here.

I’ll get to the point first.

I need to work with a Billing support person to change the current billing of my store. I built a store with mentorship from the Ecomm King. I hastily paid for a year upfront. Something went wrong, and the metrics from FB would not connect to Shopify. After about ten days of testing and troubleshooting, we decided to rebuild. Now everything is working so we destroyed the non-working store.
