@Floatova ,

Welcome to the Shopify community.

Hope you are doing good. Here are a few suggestions.

Logo: For Brand identity, you need a proper logo to represent your business as the logo needs more improvement on your website. It’s a basic or important foundation for branding your business.

It’s important to note that your logo does not need to be exactly 410 pixels wide by 205 pixels high. Make the font sizes bigger & make the logo with good quality.

Front Images: Use good quality featured banner images with call to action buttons to captivate user attention. Use all images with good quality with the right dimension.

Homepage: Homepage designs guide your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on homepage layout design. Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided. You can add ‘Call to action banner’ ‘New arrivals’, ‘Top selling products, Most popular collection, announcement bar, Today’s deals and offers etc. on the homepage to engage users.

Add Blog: You know creating/adding blogs gives you a great way to generate fresh content on a website and provide a catalyst for email marketing, social media promotion to drive search traffic to your website.

Trust Signals: Show off trust signals and customer testimonials to boost conversion. Customer testimonials and trust Signals build customer’s trust and help customers to feel more secure in their buying decision.

You need to focus on reducing cart abandonment and improving return. Take a look at apps that can send email reminders and promotion campaigns to your visitors, or loyalty apps that will reward your customers for actions like signing up and making a first purchase.

You can also consider features that will help your customers to continue their activity in your shop where they left it off: recently viewed products or wishlists.

Upgrade your account page, it’s a great place to engage with your audience and transform its attention into that longer term relationship that shops long for, think on everything that can be achieved on other platforms’ customer portals. Our app Customer Account Concierge gives merchants a better chance to optimize the performance and look of the account page and it’s designed to make customers feel comfortable and nudge them to come back: wishlist, recently viewed, reorder options along with integrated CRM tools (rewards, subscriptions,…), custom pages, profile and history all in one place.

Hello Floatova,

Your cart abandonment and low conversions could have multiple reasons - slow checkout process or high shipping charges, and so on. It’s something you can investigate and fix; I’m sharing a guide. You might also want to look at adding personalization to your site, so that shoppers see products they are more likely to buy. You can try https://apps.shopify.com/Argoid which offers AI-based personalization that helps reduce cart abandonment and increases conversion. There’s a free trial so you can see if it’s useful first.

Hi Floatova,

By adding discount field on the cart page will helps to increase the sales conversion.

When you create a new discount code, it appears on the Discounts page in your Shopify admin. To distribute this discount code, you can send the code to your customers by email, or display it on your online store. Your customers need to enter the code during checkout to receive the discount.

By using the third party app you can set up the discount field on the cart page to stop cart abandonment issues.

These apps will allow customers to enter customized discount codes before checkout which will lead to increased sales and customer loyalty.

Hi, @Floatova .

Greetings, and thanks for posting to the Shopify Community!

I see you’ve already received some great tips. However, I also took a look at your site and have some additional feedback to provide.

My first recommendation is to work on branding and using this branding to develop your theme. At first glance, it appears your theme doesn’t have much customization. It’s important to customize your theme to stand out from the crowd and center around the branding you decide to implement. This will build a sense of trust with your potential customers.

The easiest way to determine your brand is to ask yourself, ‘why?’ Why would a customer buy from you? I see in your image with text block you have; “Various kinds of levitating products.” That explains what you sell, but not why qw should buy from you. Consider adjusting this to entice your customers to make a purchase.

Next, you’ll want to adjust your images so they are consistent, as well as the same style and size. Currently your product images have transparent backgrounds mixed with lifestyle backgrounds. You want to choose one or the other for your main product images. This creates a much cleaner, more professional look. Secomap has a fantastic checklist that can help you learn more about image optimization and additional changes to consider.

Next, I recommend adjusting your prices. Currently your prices end in all different amounts. For example $112.18 and $41.13. You will want to adjust your prices to end in .99 or .00. You can learn more about psychological pricing here.

Moving on to your product page, you have done an awesome job at adding descriptions. The only suggestion I have here is to move the secure checkout payment icons to below the buy buttons. Another small suggestion is to remove some of the duplicate product photos as it looks a tad cluttered.

Lastly, I would remove the Powered by Shopify text in your footer. This will add an extra touch of professionalism and independence.

I hope that helps! In the meantime, I would love to learn more about your marketing strategy. As you know, marketing is super important! How are you currently reaching potential buyers? If you have not already, I would looking into Influencer Marketing. It is a cost effective targeted way of reaching an authentic audience that falls in your niche! We have a great blog post you can check out here which covers this strategy in full.
