Shopify has been trying to charge me $399 10 times now ! I can’t speak with anyone because I don’t have an active account and I can’t deactivate anything. I went through this process a month + ago and it said it went through fine. Now I keep getting notifications about trying to charge me! I don’t even have a business !!!

It seems like your Shopify account was not properly deactivated and has unpaid balance which is causing this charge attempt notifications. You will need to reach out to Shopify support team so, they can deactivate your account on their end to stop this billing notifications. Log in your Shopify credentials first on Shopify help center even though it is not active. You can then reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
