I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an issue I recently encountered on my Shopify store.
Issue Description: Recently, I made updates to my store’s product listings. In the process, I deleted several existing products and then uploaded new ones using a CSV file. However, I didn’t realize that deleting the old products would also remove their associated images from my store. These images are crucial for my store’s operation, and I did not have a separate backup for them.
Request for Assistance: I am hoping there might be a way to recover these deleted images and have them restored to my Shopify store. The deletion and subsequent update occurred [insert time frame of the incident, 3rd of december. The images were an integral part of the product listings and their absence significantly impacts my store’s functionality and customer experience.
