I can not get verification for my account. I thought everything was working ok and now I have a significant amount of money sitting in pending for my account. I have uploaded over and over again, electric bills, council tax bills, bank statements, shop lease agreements I’m at the end of my tether. If i didn’t have so much money sat pending i’d cancel my account. Can any one help?
I have be sent round and round in circles with customer service AI !!! I just want to speak to a human being !!!
