I signed up 5 days ago and I’ve always gotten this message. I signed up and then upgraded to the basic plan for $1 / month for the next 3 months. Now I just get a “website not available” message. And it tells me to contact support. I’ve contacted support multiple times and I haven’t heard back yet. Its been 5 days.

Shay, yes, this has been escalated. However, I’ve been waiting for a while to hear back. I set aside time to work on the website this week. And it’s looking like I won’t have that chance due to a technical issue caused by Shopify. I really want to use Shopify for my website. But I’m strongly considering using another platform if it’ll allow me to get my website up and running quicker.
