Why is my website consistently showing as unavailable?

I have not been able to access my website (for orders) in a few months now. Anytime my website is put in, “unavailable” comes up every time. HELP! Before I get fed up and cancel my Shopify.

First of all, you can fix this problem by restoring a backup, uninstalling apps, and reinstalling. If you cannot get it fixed after all that try, please follow these steps below:

  • Reach out to Shopify Support and let them know your problem at support@shopify.com

  • Leave your ticket number.

In these cases, sharing your store’s ticket number is needed to gather more information about your store. After that, your ticket number will be moved to the Business Operations team and they will reach out via email as soon as they have an update on your shop. Normally, users have to wait for about 24 to 72 hours to run this process. Finally, you will be informed about your account is active and your issues are being solved.
