Website not loading correctly but can still be designed in Shopify

Hi,

I’m currently designing a website and everything is working well until I tried to preview the store in my browser. It only shows the HTML stuff and not the full website as intended. I’ve tried opening the website in my PC with both Chrome and Firefox, and also on my iOS device. Doesn’t work on all.

I’ve just taken a look at your website link provided and it looks to be working. If you’re still having issues with this, it may be a local issue, so you can try the below steps -

  • Clear the cache and cookies (in Chrome, use the “all time” time range).
  • Ensure the browser’s cookie preferences are NOT set to “Block all cookies”
  • Try on another web browser, AND try within the browser’s incognito mode.

If you try the above and it still isn’t working, let us know and we can provide a few more steps for you to try!

I have the same issue above. On every device i access my website it looks the exact same as above. Help!
