I have received in email saying Shopify can no longer host website due to no response to an email regarding verification of details about my business, I no longer can log into my account and every link that is supposed to send me to recover or steps to leads to a dead end.

Thank you for getting in touch. Did you receive an email us asking for documentation for verification purposes? If you have questions, I’d recommend replying to this email directly as this will be sent back to our internal team handling your ticket and they can advise on next steps.
Hi Victor my Shopify website was terminated after being opened for a few weeks and making my first sale. I received an email explaining the termination reason which was for verification purposes. I have responded to there allegations weeks ago but I have not received any response or updates. I have also had the matter escalated by customer service and still no response. What should be done in a situation as this?
I also received my Shopify debit card with my funds on it but also unable to activate because I cannot access my Shopify account to do so.
