Hi Victor my Shopify website was terminated after being opened for a few weeks and making my first sale. I received an email explaining the termination reason which was for verification purposes. I have responded to there allegations weeks ago but I have not received any response or updates. I have also had the matter escalated by customer service and still no response. What should be done in a situation as this?

I also received my Shopify debit card with my funds on it but also unable to activate because I cannot access my Shopify account to do so.
