On Monday night I made my account and filled in all the credit credentials but yesterday morning I was locked out of the store and couldn’t enter. A message popped up “We’ll be back soon | Store currently Unavailable” I talked to customer support and asked them the reason why I was looked but I was not given a clear answer.
I have researched this Shopify Community and on google & found this is a command issue but still I don’t know the reason.
If any of you have faced this kind of issue and got out of it pls let me know. I have just started a Shopify store and facing this issue even though I have done all of the procedures legally, it is very frustrating!

When you contacted us for support via our Help Centre, did the agent you worked with mention they’d be escalating your query to one of our escalated teams for further investigation?
If so, then no further action would be necessary on your part, as that is where you’d be getting am update on the status of your account.
It can take a bit longer to hear back from these teams due to their workload and their needing to work via email only for security reasons.
