since a couple of days when you go to the store page it says: We’ll be back soon, … is currently unanavailable.

What can be the reason for that? I don’t find any solution.

Is there any support number or so from shopify since the store needs to run.

Would you be able to check your account owner email address to see if you have been contacted by our team about this?

Try searching in your spam or other folders to see if any email was filtered there by your email provider.

If you haven’t been contacted already about the status of your store, you can reach out for account support via our Help Centre here.

There we’ll be able to access and discuss your account with you securely and see what we can see.

the main account email does not exist anymore, but I have we have staff accounts for example with my email address that you find in my account. What could be the reason that it suddenly stopped working?

If you’re not able to access your account owner email address currently, it would be necessary to get this email updated so we can provide account support.
