Right now, I choose the basic Shopify plan with the three-month free trial. I want to know what’s going to happen when the trial ends: Is the password page going to be removed automatically? Or will it still be password protected until I remove it?
Hi @yusufSaeed ,
Thank you for reaching out and choosing Shopify to start your business. We’re thrilled to have you on board! We’re more than happy to assist you with all things ecommerce and help you succeed.
Regarding your question, if you’re referring to setting up a store with the 3-day free trial and the $1/month for 3 months period, please confirm so that we can provide a more tailored response.
When you open a store on the free trial, your store will have either a storefront password or an inactive checkout by default. To allow your customers to add products to their cart and make purchases, you can remove the storefront password or activate your checkout by selecting a paid plan. Rest assured that you won’t lose any progress you’ve made on your store during the free trial when you select a paid plan. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan during your free trial, you won’t be charged any subscription fees until the end of the trial period.
Make sure to check this guide on how to get the most out of your free trial. Let me know if you have additional questions.
