I can confirm what the Community has already shared here that any domain connected to your Shopify store will automatically have an SSL cert provisioned once connected.

Bear in mind for any third-party domain you’re connecting to Shopify, it can take up to 48 hours for DNS record changes to propagate online after which time you should see the secure lock icon showing up for that domain.
