I have been trying to enter my website for a while and I keeps saying ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. I have cleared my cache and cookies, my DNS settings are correct. It worked once on a private/incognito browser, but it stopped working and even if it did continue working, I can’t have customers have to use a private/incognito browser every time they want to access my website. It happens with both my primary domain and redirect link. Please help. SiaLuxe.Co and LuxeByPrue.Com

Regards your concern that your page can’t be open of error too many redirects
The ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS may be caused by exceeding the URL redirect limit or that there are issues regarding your domain. Can you ensure that you’ve connected your domain to your Shopify admin, Settings > Domains section? Within your Domain settings you can select Connect existing domain and enter your domain name and click Next.
You’ll also want to ensure you have one A Record and one CNAME record for your domain. On your third-party domain providers end within the DNS settings, your A record should point to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.Remove any other A records on the domain if there are any present. Lastly, point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com. I’ll share our help center resource for more information on connecting your third-party domain to Shopify.
It may be a a case that you have exceeded the URL redirect limit - the Shopify limit for URL redirects is 100k. Or the more likely culprit here, is your domain set up. From the sounds of the error, it seems like it may be due to having more than one A Record in your DNS settings. Shopify requires only one A Record which points to Shopify’s IP address: 23.227.38.32.
I have taken a look, and your subdomain and root domain do appear to be set up okay. Had you made any changes to this recently/ since the move over? It could have been a propagation delay while your domain provider was moving things over to your new site. It might be worth checking in with them on this one, and to also to clear your browser cache.

This is less likely related to your local cache. It will be more related to the domain setup. To pinpoint where the issue is would need some settings review that would be hard for forum members to do.
I would suggest you reach out to the Shopify support team just in case they can help directly but in the meantime you may want to consider removing the domain in the admin, and re adding it. If there was any incorrect settings at time of adding this might help.
I have checked and only one domain is attached to the 23.227.38.65 address. I transferred my domain from Wix over a month ago and it started showing this message about a week after the connection was verified and it has been showing ever since.
