1.Make Hero banner truly captivating
As a customer, attractiveness and prestige is all when it comes to watches. Therefore, I recommend Hero Banner are designed with the most captivating images of your hard-work watches (I find this image of VIDAS White Series 01 really enthralling and soulful - consider showing it for your Hero Banner). Also, now there are so many whitespaces in your Hero Banner so the layout could be spared more for the visual (⅔ for visual, ⅓ for text).
2. Add product images with trademark
To boost prestige, it would be nice if you put your logo into each product image like this to show your own brand identity.
3. Select the suitable website’s font
As an expert in UI/UX, I would say that the font is much more important than what we often consider. Through the design of products, I feel the vibe of elegance, and professionalism. Therefore, I suggest some modifications in your font to highlight the senses you want to deliver to your customers. Some recommendations: Proxima Nova, Work Sans,…
4. Add more human components
“How would it look on me?” might be the question of watch buyers. Therefore, you can more human components into your product showcase.
5. Customize more highlight
As one of the very attractive strength of your shop is customizing, I recommend you refering this on your Homepage through CTA and showcasing the customized images from your customers and some suggested customization options too.
6. Make your final CTA stronger
The final part of your homepage is contact part, which I find could be better off sparing for strong CTA, related to your strength - Customization and your promotions now!
7. Adding live chat, FAQ
I can see that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature to allow customers to contact you immediately. How about having a powerful live chat to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases
