I had an inactive store I haven’t touched in a while, so I already know WHY I was charged, I just wanted to know why it’s $50. I didn’t have any apps that charge monthly on that store, and I don’t have any apps that charge monthly on my active store. Shopify was $29 back when I first signed up, but I see now that it’s $39 for basic shopify. Fair enough. Either way, that doesn’t explain why there was an extra $10 added to the monthly bill… Was there a price increase I didn’t hear about?

As we’re unable to authenticate folks here in the Community, it’s difficult for me to say exactly why you were charged, as well as why the charge was for so much. We did have a price increase for our plans in January 2023, explaining that $39/month you mentioned, but we have not had another increased since.
I recommend that you reach out to our Authenticated Support Team for assistance here. They’ll be able to authenticate you, and access the information related to your shop, including any bills related to it. They’ll be able to look at the breakdown of the bill, and tell you where this $50 came from.
