Hi, @StarYun .

I had a chance to browse your storefront and would like to share some helpful tips and resources below to set your store up for success.

Store checklist

When first creating your store you’ll want to review our Shopify General Checklist. This resource will walk you through setting up your shipping settings, adding your business details, taxes, setting up payment gateways and much more.

Products

For the products you have displayed on your storefront, I recommend creating a manual collection adding your products and including this collection within your navigation menu. If you do decide to branch out and sell other types of products, you can group them in collections so customers can easily search and find what they’re looking for.

In regards to product photos it is best to upload 3-4 high quality images that have the ability to zoom. A high quality product image is important and creates an impression for the buyer and also shows each angle of the product. I’ll share our Shopify Blog resource on product photography that includes some helpful tips.

About Us / Brand Story

Have you already had a chance to look into creating an About Us page for your brand? Before making a purchase, buyers will often navigate to your About Us page to learn more about your brand. This page should inform the buyer of how you started your business, who does your business serve and the face behind the brand. Our blog resource on 21 Best About Us Page Examples can assist you with creating this page and help increase customer engagement.

Store Policies

Setting up store policies on your store not only helps buyers learn more information on how your store operates but can help buyers feel more confident about making a purchase. Your store policies should clearly outline general practices and help protect your company. Below, I’ll list what policies you’ll want to look into implementing on your store:

  • Refund policy
  • Shipping policy
  • Terms of Service
  • Privacy policy

Take a look at our help center resource for more information on adding store policies.

Lastly, you may want to look into having a custom domain for your store. Having a custom domain for your store helps strengthen your brand and drive traffic to your store. Your custom domain will create trust with buyers and discoverability. You can look into buying a domain through Shopify or if you have a third-party domain with another host/provider you can transfer your domain to Shopify.

Let us know if you have any questions or need help with the resources shared. I’ll be happy to assist!
