Why can't I access the support chat in my online store?

When I go to https://support.shopify.com I get the login screen with my name store populated. When I click the store link or the caret “>” I get this message.

“There was a problem selecting your shop. Choose another shop, or continue to get support.”

“continue” is not a link on the page.

There are no other links except the header menu. The are no button. You can’t call or email for access. Store is working and account is paid.

I appreciate you sharing the link you’ve been trying to use. We’ve since updated the process for reaching our Support team, so you’ll now need to head on over to our Support page in the Shopify Help Center. Once there, simply proceed through the steps and you’ll be presented with the option to Get support, along with our different contact options.
