There is no option to cancel. It say contact support. When I do that it says something is wrong. Do I have to block my payments

Are you able to go to your Shopify admin > settings > plan and click deactivate store? Can you share a screenshot if you are receiving an error message?

I have the same issue. It says to contact support. The Shopify Help Center website is down. This company is literal trash.
