I can’t use my domain

Hi, I bought a domain but I can’t link it to my shopify store. When I try to do it, it tells me that I can’t because that domain is already linked to another shopify store.
But the domain is mine, I bought it and I have access to Goddady to check it.

My domain is www.tubeldad.com but when I enter it shows me another store.

Just to confirm, have you followed this guide to automatically connect your third-party domain to your shop? If you have trouble setting up your domain automatically, then try to connect it manually from within your third-party domain provider account.

If you do not have access to the other store and are still having issues, then it is possible that the domain was previously used by someone else, and they let it expire and some time later you purchased the domain. Sometimes this can happen when the domain might still be linked to the old store in our back end. In that case then I would recommend reaching out to our support team using this link.

In fact, I was able to link this third-party domain to my shopify store, but now it shows me another problem. Because even though it is in my domain list it shows me as not connected.
I bought the domain less than a month ago from Goddady and it is paid to get it for a year.
