Hi @xuyangziman

This is PageFly - Advanced Page Builder. I would love to give you some recommendations

To confirm, are you attempting to pay for your Shopify’s subscription fees with your credit card, but are seeing the error message you stated?

If this is the case, are you able to check that your card meets the following requirements:

  1. Must be a debit card or a post paid credit card (pre-paid credit cards are not supported, but may work)
  2. Must be cobranded with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex
  3. Must be capable of accepting international charges in USD
  4. Must be capable of making online purchases
  5. Must be capable of accepting recurring billing
  6. Must have appropriate funds available
  7. Must enter billing address and details the same as what their bank has on file
  8. Must not have a restriction on how much the bank will allow to be processed at once

Please also note that credit cards are usually pre-enabled for international transactions in USD, but debit card and hybrid debit/credit cards usually need to have this feature enabled by your provider. If you aren’t based in the US or aren’t sure if your card accepts recurring international payments in USD, you can reach out to your card issuer to clarify and confirm.

Hope you find my answer helpful!

Regards,

PageFly
