Why did my online store become inactive after choosing a monthly plan?

Hello, I am making this post because after I chose what plan I would like monthly, paid for the plan, my store then became inactive after doing so. I have tried login from multiple browsers and devices but all i keep getting is a white page that says “We’ll be back soon”. I already submitted a Ticket #33043453 but the support team hasn’t done anything and its been well over 24 hours. If anyone has any solution to this problem please let me know.

I’m not entirely sure why your store is showing as inactive at the moment, however, you took the right steps in creating a support request. As we’re not able to provide account support from here ourselves, that is the best and only place you’ll be able to get an update on your store’s status. Please keep an eye out there for any reply or new info, so you can take it from there.

I am unable to provide a timeline from when you will hear back. The queue is ordered chronologically and by priority, and they are aware of how important this is. Hold tight and keep an eye out for any emails in the meantime! Thank you for your patience.
