Why is my online store still inactive despite paying the monthly fee?

Hi,

I have been facing an issue of store is inactive from many days even I did contact with Shopify help community through live chat later on they reply that your store is fully active you need choose plan when I login my store again same issue store again inactive even Shopify already charged their monthly fee and I sent details of payments to them as well but they are not replying me and really disappointed with the Shopify support team. I’m hoping that I can get some help from someone on here. Ticket number for reference - 36234207.

When you go to log into your store are you prompted with a page asking you to select a plan? If so, you will need to do so in order to regain access to your account.

When I go to log my store no option comes only option your store is inactive and at start when I create store Shopify charged their monthly fee already and I selected a plan already.

Now from many day’s I contacting your team through chat but they are not replying me. It’s my request to solve this issue.
