I installed an app to have more options with variants and i wasnt satisfied so i removed it.. I think that removal caused an issue with the default variants view of shopify to show, when i click on medium for example from the drop down list the variants disappear.. anyone knows how to fix this?

In regards to finding out which application was used for the variants, I would suggest reaching out to a Support Advisor using our Contact Us page. They can take a further look into the coding of the store to see which third-party application may have been used.
