Never in my LIFE have I experienced this level of depravity that Shopify shows its merchants.
I dont know if this is Canada or just really shameful human behavior.
The customer service is the lowest of the low.
They appoint Shopify Experts to represent them and to do jobs for their merchants.
When the merchant isnt happy, Shopify acts like it has NOTHING to do with said Experts.
Shopify, listen up. These merchants are on your website. STAND BY THE SATISFACTION OF YOUR MERCHANTS.
WE pay you every month.
Im embarassed for Shopify. Actually, embarassed is the wrong word. Im DISGUSTED.
Disgusted by the lack of customer service. The fact that the only way to talk to someone is through a GLITCHY chat. A chat where 60% of the time, the advisor dips out mid conversation and you’ve wasted a good 2.5 hours of your life getting NOWHERE.
No-one takes any responsibility.
Shopify sees all these rants and does NOTHING to make it better.
I see ALLLLL these people. On here, on the internet, on Reddit, on forums complaining about how bad Shopify is. And shopify doesnt do anything to improve the quality of ANYTHING for their merchants.
