Why is my client's website not loading properly?

I’ve just gone live with a client of mine, today. Everything was going so well, but now for some users they are seeing the below message.

I’ve cleared the cache, cookies, gone on Incognito, my girlfriends phone is doing the same thing.

This is extremly unhelpful for my business and my client.

Please can someone be in touch to verify what the heck is going on?

This must be an issue on shopify’s end. The website is working fine for me.
