I bought a pre-build store and the ownership was suppose to be transferred over to me. I set up my billing info and I so as I pressed start plan. the page reloaded and my store says inactive and I can’t access anything. not even my store admin.
im too new to Shopify please tell me what I did wrong.

To confirm, you’ve purchased a pre-built store, ownership was transferred, and you set up your billing to start your plan but it’s showing as an inactive store.

I understand you’re experiencing a similar issue as above, where your store is displaying as unavailable.
When contacting support, a support ticket would have been created. I recommend replying directly to your support ticket so that our team can assist with your account. Since this is account-specific, replying to your ticket will be best as your account will be authenticated.
If you’re unable to locate your existing support ticket, you can create a new support request through the Shopify Help Center.

Today is day 3. I still haven’t gotten an email from support this is not fair because my finished store that ownership is already transferred, is just sitting in outer space because of an issue. WHY CANT I JUST GO BACK AND FIX THE BILLING INFO. rather than WAIT for a EMAIL? like shoptfiy dont allow people to call in. that’s my pet peeve with large companies. NOT PERSONABLE. everything is WAIT FOR AN EMAIL. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THAT WHEN YOUR TRYING TO START A BUSINESS. I NEVER USED SHOPIFY . but trust and believe im starting not to like it already. dont believe the hype people.
