hi…my shopify store is made inactive without me being informed bout the reason. Chatted with support but they to are not having any idea , they are asking me to wait .Can someone help me know what is the probable reason. Payment is not a issue as there is no due.

no mail received since its more than 24hrs now still waiting to hear from them …multiples time contacted support team all they are saying is you wait trust & safety team will be sending you a amil.

The information you were provided by our Advisors on the Support Team is correct. If you received an email from the Trust and Safety Team, and have replied to that email, you will need to allow that team some time to follow up with you via that same email thread. If you have yet to reply to that email, I recommend that you do that as soon as you can!
