Why is my online store suddenly unavailable after purchasing the Basic package?

Dear Shopify,

My Shopify store is suddenly unavailable after I purchased the Basic package, I plan to launch my store this month. It is very very urgent for me, there are lots of tasks in schedule.

I customized the theme, added products, everything Looks perfect. But now I can’t login! Please help me. My ticket is 29736775
