Why is my site auto reducing product prices?

Hello, I’m having issues on my Shopify site with the pricing. I input $19.99 on the back end but in the live site it shows $16.52. I’m not sure why it’s auto reducing. Can anyone help?

If you are attempting to change the pricing of a product, could you confirm if you are saving the changes made? When you make any changes to a product, you should see the option to save located towards the top right of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

If you are saving the changes made and notice that these changes are not accurately reflected on the online store. I would suggest reaching out to our support to take a closer look at your setup. Since I cannot authenticate you over our Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared. It would be best and more secure to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with a Support Advisor about the situation.

Thanks Ollie. I’ll reach out to Shopify support. I am saving my changes.

The price on the backend is correct, For example, this product on back end is USD 72 but on the live site it is showing as USD 62.61.
