I can edit and do everything on the back-end but a preview of the website doesn’t work. Please help!

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the Shopify Community! It can definitely be frustrating when your website preview is not working, not to worry, I am here to help in any way I can.
Are you getting any kind of error when you do try to preview your theme? Any additional context you can provide will be helpful. One thing to try and resetting the cache of the browser and this can cause conflicts sometimes and not allow the preview to appear. After doing this, I would suggest completely rebooting your browser. In addition to this, have you made any recent changes to your themes code or installed/uninstalled any apps lately that may affect it. If possible, it would be great if you can let me know the name of the theme you are using and also a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you try to preview it. This allows me to troubleshoot more affectively for you. Thanks!

I’m having the same issue at the moment.. I have updated everything..(Computer, Safari) cleared history, cache, rebooted… and still not getting the preview window to load.. It will load using Chrome after 5 second delay.. of error screen STRAnGe..
Did you find a solution? I’m having is exact problem and I cant work out why
