Zero traffic in store, although Google organic marketing is setup

I’ve build the store www.luxessentials.shop, and also one agency setup the google organic marketing profiles. Still my store is having 0 traffic, and my worker told me that is something with web analytics that I didn’t build in the beginning of my store. Can you review my store and check what is missing?

Hi @Lirim

Hope you are doing well

A freshly created online business is first like a store in the middle of a jungle without a clear route leading users to it. Therefore, the first thing you need do to attract customers is offer an inauguration discount and spend a little amount of money on marketing, which will at the very least build a single lane highway to your store. Therefore, I advise you to get a marketing expert who can help you get a little bit of traffic and conversions. If your product is fantastic, your customers will promote you on their own.

Sticky header is recommended, as it makes it easy for the user to directly jump to the menu at any point of time while they are navigating through the Site. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:

  1. The default search landing page is a bit off, I mean it’s empty. You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solutions.
  2. You should add terms and conditions and FAQs if any, again these also help in building search engine content.
  3. You can add Sitemap on the site footer, again these also help in building search engine content.
  4. You can convert more traffic into qualified leads and customers from the app. SiteKit fast-tracks your business growth by turning visitors into subscribers and customers with lead generation campaigns and high-converting tools.
  5. Put “Secured and trusted checkout with” in your footer.
  6. Also since you have just started you can have some promotional activity on the site, offer some discounts, and add a referral code that can help the first-time user gain a discount on the second order.
  7. Finally, I would also recommend you to try Sparq product filters and search to replace the default search on your store, this app allows advanced custom tag product filters for collection pages, synonyms, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with the search are high-intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users. Check out the features live here.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful in enhancing your store’s performance and providing an improved experience for your customers.

Currently the product image in your homepage don’t have this effect. The hover effect can be known that you will have 2 images for 1 product. When the viewer moves on to the product image it automatically changes to the other image. With clothes products, you should make a hover effect following this note:

  • First image: you should use the original product image with a clean background. (Example white background). Remember that all images of your products on one page should have the same background template and size. It helps to improve your page display.

You should have a Newsletter section at the end of the page. You should use impactful phrases like “up to 20% discount” to set up a newsletter subscription box that promote customer subscription the email newsletter better.

Enhancing your store’s visual appeal and boosting sales potential can be achieved by integrating shoppable Instagram feeds on your website.

=> Apps like VIBE and Instafeed enable you to display attractive Instagram content directly on your site, including posts, photos, and reels. These platforms offer the functionality to tag products within your visuals, allowing customers to conveniently shop directly from your Instagram feed.

1. Use color swatches

With some products having different types with different colors you should use the color swatches variant in your product page

Color option swatches on product pages provide a visual and intuitive shopping experience. Swatches allow customers to easily view and select from different color variations of a product, enhancing user engagement and decision-making.
