HI @greenhemp

Good catch, a lot of people would miss that. You can report it to phishing@shopify.com like this article says

https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/privacy-and-security/account-security/phishing

Also, check

there is another email you can forward, note sure maybe both work. PLus you have a guide how to get email headers to help Shopify team.

Hello Community , After reporting this email scam yesterday my website stopped working . The admin page works but the main website goes blank when a customer selects a product , anyone had this issue before , many thanks .

Hi @greenhemp

That should not be related. Can you share the link to your store?

Thanks Laza

Yes here is my website https://greenhemp.com/

When I google search for it , Sometimes the website landing page opens ,
but if I click on a product it goes blank / white page .
It seems random as other times when I google search for my website it can
go straight to blank/ while page.

I have emptied the caches etc.

I just tried google searching on my phone and the website opened and worked
fine . hhmmmm ?

… that means it still maybe accessible for customers ?

Thanks for any help :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Hi Colin

It works fine for me no issues on product pages or any other. Add-to-cart works, check out too. And I did notice your store is pretty fast, great job on that. Think your customers will value that.

It could be cached on the Shopify side, but it should work fine. You can check https://www.shopifystatus.com/ for general issues and log in for any issue specific to your store.

Good luck
