Hello @ShonenRealm,

I understand that it can be super frustrating when you’re putting in all that effort and not seeing the any sales.

Since you’re getting traffic but not many conversions, I’d focus a bit more on what customers see and feel when they land on your store.

I recommend using high-quality product photos and short videos. They make a huge difference. Clear, professional visuals help shoppers trust your products and get excited about them. If the pictures are low quality or there is not enough pictures, customers can start to lose trust in the brand and the product.

If you want to make the shopping experience feel more personal and modern, you could also experiment with adding a 3D or AR view of your jewelry pieces. It gives customers a fun, interactive way to explore your products before buying.

Wishing you luck!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this advice — I really appreciate it. You’re absolutely right about how much first impressions and visuals impact trust and conversions.

Just to clarify, my store focuses on anime-inspired apparel, not jewelry, but the point still definitely applies. I know my product photos and mockups could be improved, and I’m already working on upgrading them so everything looks more polished, consistent, and professional. I can see how better visuals would help customers feel more confident in what they’re buying.

I haven’t explored 3D or AR options yet, but I’ll look into whether something similar could work for clothing previews too — anything that makes the shopping experience feel more interactive is worth considering.

Thank you again for the thoughtful suggestions and encouragement!

hi @ShonenRealm .

i went through your store. there are two feedback points from my side which might not be leading to any sales for your store:

  1. over-reliance on AI

after going through your store, i felt that every element i came across, whether it was text or images, was generated by ai. while as such there is no problem in using ai, relying solely on it isn’t a good idea. it can make mistakes too. for example, look at the fingers of the person in the image below. it is clear that it’s not a real graphic. and it can turn away potential customers.

even for the text part, i have the same suggestion.

i would say, use real images where real people are showcasing your products. that will help you connect with your audience better and push up your sales.

  1. lack of social proof

as i guess your store is new, you are still waiting for your first reviews. but i would say prioritize those first, as they will act as a foundation for future sales.

customers always look for other people’s experiences and therefore, you should make reviews a priority.

as a pro tip, i would say that you should try and offer discounts or some freebies in exchange for honest feedback.

also, once you get those reviews, start showcasing them on all key placements such as your homepage or product pages.

so, in short, real, authentic content on your website along with strong social proof should enable you to boost your conversions

Hello Amlani, Thank you so much for your feedback and advice, I really appreciate it. I dropship and I know a lot of people kind of frown when you say you’re a drop shipper but all I’m trying to do is is earn an income, with that said I don’t have the resources that a lot of brands have and AI is one of the only resources I do have as the product photos from the suppliers are usually very bad. I generally try and use good paid for AI Apps to do my product photos and I agree sometime AI makes mistakes too. Thank you for pointing out the issue on my banner, I will fix it and try be more careful and vigilant going forward with my product photos.

Classic dropshipping scheme that always ends in the merchant asking why don’t I get sales…. No amount of ai is going to cover up the stench of scam. Did you seriously hide your 1 Facebook follower? Lol

Hello Maximus, are you calling my store a scam? If so I find it insulting. I have been working endlessly for months to build a store to earn an income and unfortunately drop shipping has been the only option for me. Yes I use AI to generate my product photos because I don’t have the resources to hire models and purchase every product I have in my store. But I’m trying my best with the tools that I have to build something that will one day help me support my family. I do not hide anything on social media, yes, I have only 3 followers on Facebook, I just started my store a few months ago and I’m still learning. I have no control over whether people follow my store on social media, I post videos everyday in hopes that someday people may trust my store. There are many stores out there that sell drop shipped product and I know that people generally say that drop shippers are scammers which is unfair to the people who are honest and are just trying to earn a living.

Not calling you as scammer at all. Dropshipping websites had their place in history. But the reality is 99.999% end up defunct. Why? Because the merchant has nothing of value to offer the customer. So they will pretty up the website, make claims that are just blatant lies, and guarantee a product they have never even seen. I have zero doubt that you would never pay premium price for shoddy stuff from a questionable website. no. You buy from reputable places. That’s what the customer wants too. The customer doesn’t want another middle man. And that’s all a dropshipper is is an order router. You don’t actually think a customer wants that? lol

Check this out. Here’s a perfect example of what not to do. Guy is dropshipping obviously. Asks why no sales. @Howie10 immediately finds out the “real” price and it just gets nuts.
