Why can't I deactivate my online store despite correct password?

Good Day,

I am trying to deactivate my store as I don’t have enough time to run it and it will not allow me to do so. Every time I enter my password to deactivate it says “You have reached the maximum number of password attempts. Please try again later” Even though it is the exact password I’ve used to just log in and there is definitely no mistake in it. Please advise.
