where’d my cha- ching sound go when I make a sale? FYI I’ve tried all the things Shopify and google has said to do, there’s no way to access this or any other sound for notifications bis Shopify settings or in my phone settings either. It’s lost half the appeal since it’s just gone. Anyone know how to get it back?

Yep, my ca ching sounds has gone again too, so frustrating. Think the only option is to re-install the app

thank you for responding! I actually kept on messing with it until I figured it out 
.. my phone is new and the settings are very different than traditional settings in all the previous phones. The instructions will probably change on how to fix this in 2023 & up. Thank you

Glad you’re sorted, it always seems to break after a software update on my phone!
I’m having the same problem. Samsung S20 doesn’t like Shopify.
I’m having the same issue as you. I’ve reinstalled the app doubled checked the notifications settings, etc, but it’s still broken and I can’t find a way to make it happen 
Mine comes and goes - getting a sale ain’t as exciting without the sound!
